To gain the best and safest workouts, seek experienced coaches with safety in mind. In sports medicine, we frequently see boot camp athletes who take on too much at a time or push themselves too fast and then get injured. Remember to advance slowly and steadily in your fitness to prevent injury and therefore to allow an uninterrupted increase in fitness over time.
