Ok, so you’ve run a 5k – maybe a 10k or perhaps even a marathon. What’s next? How about mix it up and get on the tri train? Triathlons are races that start with swimming, transition into cycling, and end with running. These endurance events require skills in three categories, and runners tend to do well when transitioning into triathlons.
