October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so take this reminder to do something good for yourself and your loved ones! Research shows that one in eight U.S. women will develop invasive breast cancer. Which means this terrible disease will affect nearly all of us in some way.
This month, ladies, if you don’t do self-exams already, it’s time to learn how! And, more importantly, make an appointment with your doctor if it’s been a while.
